o Signature
Restorative MassageÂ
This is a rejuvenating
head to toe treatment promoting good health by loosening muscles and
invigorating your tissues as well as evoking feelings of tranquility and
well-being. Clients will be offered a choice of pressure. This massage begins
with a warm relaxing foot soak, and is followed by a treatment of facial
techniques, soft tissue release, light joint mobility techniques, therapeutic
stretching and hot towel placement on feet and back after treating the areas.
The treatment is completed with blissful therapeutic neck stretches and a
soothing wrap in a hot towel.

 Â
o Therapeutic
CuppingÂ
By creating suction and negative pressure
cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen
adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body
tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. Â Almost every area of the body responds to this
unique treatment. The sensation is truly indiscernible, often experienced as
deep warmth and a tingling sensation lasting long after the treatment has
ended. The action on the nervous system is sedating and relaxing.
 Â
o Interactive
ReflexologyÂ
Interactive
Reflexology is a holistic form of therapeutic foot massage using pressure on
specific points on the feet. This pressure helps to induce the body’s natural
ability to rebuild and repair itself. Joint play of the toes, ankles, knees and
hips are part of the treatment with intention to align and release joints with
ease. Ending the treatment is a cranial release (head holding) to further
increase a state of release and restoration.
 Â
o Deep Tissue
Hot StonesÂ
Hot stone massage therapy helps melt away tension, ease
muscle stiffness, and increase circulation and metabolism. The stones can be
used with light, medium, or deep pressure. It can be customized in an instant to
the comfort level of the client. Hot stones make for a fantastic deep tissue
massage if that is a client’s preference. The warmth of the stones allows for a
deeper, relaxing, long-lasting and rejuvenating massage experience.
Aromatherapy oils of choice can be added to a Hot Stones treatment for an
overall feeling of wellness. Japanese mint oil is a popular choice as it is a
nice blend to aid in relaxing muscles and has an uplifting scent.Â
